Proposal 1 – Henry has proposed that OB have a specific campaign going door to door canvassing and handing out flyers.  There was a friendly amendment that was accepted to bring clipboards so we may collect information from people such as email addresses.  This Proposal was PASSED.

 
Proposal 2 – Henry proposed that OB have more honest communication through talking circles and/or open and honest forums where people can communicate freely. Henry will work with others to decide on when and where.  This proposal was PASSED.

 
Proposal 3 – Since no one was able to look at the house on 17 South Hampton today (a possible proposed site for OB’s new headquarters) Nigel proposed that we table the situation for one more week.  Nothing more will happen in regards to this house until the members of OB (who wish) can see the house.  No decisions will be made until after next Saturday.  This proposal was PASSED.
